		<description>I couldnt agree more. Think about it, we have, by definition, no objectivity on our development. This has been the essence of the counseling world- having an outside and reflective ear...and maybe even a little guidance toward clarity. (I used to be a therapist).

This has been my life's work at having people enjoy the Positive Mental Attitude as well as facing (Illuminating) the negative issues in life and work- be they challenges, uncomfortable, etc.
