Writing down your perceptions of an event is a great technique to discover your underlying beliefs. When you're working alone, there aren't many things that can replace it.

We've created a culture that sees the outside circumstances as a cause. This is one way for us to learn that it an effect of who we are and how we think individually and as groups</description>
